Terms & Conditions
1. Judges will be available for their indicated time commitment.
2. Judges will submit their judging assignments on time once the review deadline is provided.
3. Judges will abstain from judging any films they may be involved in or affiliated with and will review the films, per the provided criteria, fairly and without bias.
4. Judges will notify Earth in Focus within 3 days of receiving the assignment if the judge needs to abstain from any films within the assignment.
5. Earth in Focus will provide the judges with access to Film Freeway where the screening link for each film assigned will be provided.
6. Judges are responsible for securing all provided media materials and will not share these materials with anyone not approved by Earth in Focus. All judging materials and discussions are confidential. Please refrain from discussing entries or sharing any information related to the judging process outside of the designated platform or with unauthorized individuals.
7. To protect the copyrights and contractual obligations associated with the entered films, the films will not be reproduced, modified, transmitted, recorded, filmed, or made available for sale or other consideration, otherwise publicly exhibited, or used for any purpose other than for review purposes outlined in this application.
8. By filling out the volunteer judging application you are agreeing to receive communications from Earth in Focus regarding future film judging opportunities.
